CHRISTIANO RONALDO WINS BALLON D'OR

Cristiano Ronaldo was crowned the best footballer of the year 2014 earlier this evening ahead of 4 time champion Lionel Messi and World cup winning goalkeeper Manuel Neuer. This is his(Cristiano) third ballon d'or trophy and second in a roll. His first came with Manchester United back in 2008. The Real Madrid attacker no doubt deserved the award, he had an incredible 2014. He was the highest goal scorer in both the champions league and la liga, he won the spanish player of the year, forward of the year and european player of the year.

The Puskas award(goal of the year) went to Real madrid midfielder, James Rodriguez while the coach of the year award was/is Joachim Low, the world cup winning coach of Germany.

The Fifpro 11which is the world best team comprises of the players who have excelled in their various soccer positions, they include; Manuel Neuer(goalkeeper), David luiz, Philip lahm, Sergio Ramos,and thiago Silva (defenders) andres iniesta,toni kroos and Angel Di Maria (midfielders) Lionel messi, Arjen Robben and Cristiano Ronaldo(forwards)

The ballon d'or votes are done by team captains, coaches and journalist. And this year Cristiano Ronaldo had 37% while Messi and Neuer both had 15% with the argentine just leading with 0.4%.

There are so many issues facing our society currently . in the African hemisphere moral values are upheld because traditional tenets are what makes our community survive. An undisclosed Uniben Student as been diagnosed of Ebola in Health Center, the Medical Center Department of Health Services University Of Benin, Benin City Nigeria. In which was Investigated as a possible first Ebola Virus Disease (EVD)-related. An astute and recognized Doctor at the health centre revealed this few minutes ago. He said a student from Lagos who had been admitted in uniben health center this morning having a slide symptoms of Ebola, but yet to be confirm a true Ebola patient. Be careful peeps, stay clean make sure you wash your hands after any outing.
